We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our experts and learners while maintaining the quality of our service.

Policy Details

24+ Hours Notice

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled call time will receive a full refund.

Less than 24 Hours Notice

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled call time will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. This fee helps ensure respect for our experts' time and maintains the quality of our service.

No-Shows

If you miss your scheduled call without any prior notification (no-show), you will be charged the full amount of the session. This policy helps ensure respect for our experts' time and maintains the quality of our service.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late to your scheduled call, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time and you will be charged the full amount. We cannot extend sessions beyond their scheduled end time as our experts often have back-to-back appointments.

How to Cancel

To cancel a scheduled call:

  1. Go to your dashboard
  2. Find the scheduled call you wish to cancel
  3. Click the menu button (three dots)
  4. Select "Cancel Call"
