Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled call time will receive a full refund.

If you miss your scheduled call without any prior notification (no-show), you will be charged the full amount of the session. This policy helps ensure respect for our experts' time and maintains the quality of our service.
If you arrive late to your scheduled call, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time and you will be charged the full amount. We cannot extend sessions beyond their scheduled end time as our experts often have back-to-back appointments.
